INTRO
The Premise
After doing a lot of research, we’ve noticed a scenario where 5G plays a role, the gesture-based remote-control system with haptic feedback and real-time HD video streaming. We are fascinated by this system because it can break the boundaries of time and space, enabling delicate operations to be performed remotely.

Remote surgery is a classic case. The fine manipulation of the doctors’ fingers and timely tactile feedback are significant. The high speed and low latency of 5G bring the opportunity to be realized.

Some similar scenarios such as remote bomb disposal and other tasks that require high-precision gesture operation by experts can be achieved at the remote end, especially when experts are not available on site. Meanwhile, Network slicing brought by 5G enable ISP to provide more targeted network services, thus enhancing the stability of the entire system.

Experiments under real 5G environment
Below are some demonstration videos for you to take some peeks.

In those videos, we've connected our two terminals to the 5G network and they were communicating with each other through a network server we rent in Sydney.
